In-Person Coaching Power Hour

This option is absolute luxury to relax and recharge. The time allows for the combination of two treatments or an extra long session of one. It gives much needed time for your body to slow down & rejuvenate and for your mind to restore balance & calm. It is total bliss and really great value.

Extended session of bliss

This is a highly effective therapy for stress, anxiety and busy minds in addition to all physical and emotional ailments. This booking is done in person BUT you have the option of picking 'Remote Bio-energy Healing' should you desire all the benefits without any of the inconvenience of travel. Bio-energy has proved highly effective for kids and adults, using a series of gentle hand movements I clear and balance your energy allowing you to feel a strong sense of calm and deep relaxation. A course of four is recommended for best results but you will feel the benefit from just one treatment.

Bio-Energy Healing

Bio-energy healing knows no borders or limits. I have worked with clients in Australia, England & America. It has proven just as effective and successful when done remotely. If you are time poor, don't like to travel or if you live too far away this is the perfect option for you. You can have this beautiful treatment from the comfort of your own home.
