I am a qualified Complementary Therapist since 2016. I graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University July 2020 where I achieved a  BSc (Hons) Complementary Healthcare (with Practitioner Status).This is where I gained my level 5 in Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.

I have also gained my Master Reiki Practitioner certificate with Ann Moseley. Reiki is a profoundly relaxing treatment which can work holistically and will always go to the level physical, mental or emotional where it is most needed to restore well-being.

What is Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)? 
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a form of the complementary therapy, reflexology. This therapy focuses on lymphatic reflexes on the feet that aim to stimulate and cause an effect on the Lymphatic System within the body. RLD treatment stimulates the flow of the fluid (Lymph) through the Lymphatic System.
