🎀• A NON-Refundable deposit of $25 is required UPON BOOKING to secure your appointment via bank transfer or cash at our location. 

🎀• Deposits can be paid to our Sagicor bank account. Information will be sent via text to secure deposit. 

🎀• Deposits must be paid within the SAME DAY of booking your appointment. FAILURE TO DO SO YOUR BOOKING IS CANCELED

🎀• No last minute cancellations! Please give a 48hr notice. 

🎀• Accurate contact information is required. You will be contacted via WhatsApp for deposit. Your deposit invoice will be sent after payment is received. No deposit will result in cancellation.

🎀• A late fee of $15 is applied after the 15 min grace period. 15 min after that and no show your appointment will be cancelled.

Studio Policies 

🎀•  Wet look lashes resemble classic lash extensions, but the bolder, exaggerated look is a more adventurous take. Wet sets are made using only closed fans or spikes, which are regular fans that are not opened up.

🎀 A late fee will be added after 15 minutes. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be added towards your next booked appointment.

🎀• Lash extensions applied to your bottom lashes. Bottom lashes can enhance the eyes and create a more dramatic look. They can also give the appearance of a fuller and more symmetrical lash line

🎀• Maintenance within 1 week after your full set. Must definitely be a touch up, otherwise you’ll be charged for a refill.

🎀• A lash bath is a foam cleanser applied to the natural lashes or extensions before any lash service. It's used to clean off any oils or makeup residue on the natural lash and to ensure that they're free of any debris or dust.

Colored Lashes

🎀• This service is done by using a special remover which breaks down the bond of the adhesive. The remover is gently applied, and the extensions come right off leaving your healthy natural lashes. This service is the most harmless way of removing your lash extensions.
