My approach is intuitive, grounded in both hands-on therapy and a genuine interest in psychology and counselling. Many of my clients return not just for treatment, but for the calm, nurturing energy I bring to each session.

A head, neck, and shoulder massage is designed to relieve tension and stress that commonly build up in the upper body. The treatment begins with gentle to firm pressure applied to the scalp and temples, helping to ease headaches and promote relaxation. The therapist then works on the neck, using kneading and circular motions to release stiffness and improve mobility. Finally, attention is given to the shoulders and upper back, where deeper strokes help to target knots and ease muscle tension. This massage is ideal for those who spend long hours at a desk or experience stress-related tension.

A bamboo massage is a therapeutic technique that uses smooth, heated bamboo sticks of varying sizes to knead and roll out muscle tension. The therapist uses the bamboo tools along with their hands to apply deep pressure, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. It’s especially effective for relieving stress, loosening tight muscles, and enhancing flexibility.


Bamboo Full Body Massage

Deep tissue massage focuses on areas of primary discomfort, such as the back, neck, shoulders, and legs, and utilises a combination of techniques, including deep strokes, compression, friction, and vibrations. This type of massage can increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and improve overall muscle health. Due to the stronger pressure, some discomfort may be felt during the massage, but it's generally worth it for long-term pain relief. 

Deep Tissue Full Body

The goal is to improve circulation, soothe muscles, reduce stress, and ease pain by promoting relaxation and lymphatic drainage. Swedish massage incorporates five main techniques: effleurage (long, gliding strokes), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (tapping or pounding), friction (rubbing), and vibration.

This is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment that focuses on relieving tension and promoting balance in the upper body. It typically involves massage of the **scalp, face, neck, shoulders, and upper arms**, using a combination of **gentle strokes, kneading, and pressure point techniques**.

The treatment often begins on the upper back and shoulders to release muscular tension, then moves to the neck to improve mobility and reduce stiffness. The scalp is then massaged to stimulate circulation and encourage relaxation, often followed by light pressure on the temples and face to relieve tension and promote a sense of calm. Oils may be used but are optional.

This holistic treatment is deeply relaxing and can help with stress relief, headaches, eye strain, and even improve hair and scalp health.
