I enjoyed the QHHT experience very much. I'm so glad this technique worked wonderfully at the first attempt. Tara was absolutely amazing, loving and caring during the whole process. I was made to feel very welcome by Tara and spent time talking about how we had both arrived at this juncture in our lives and the importance of the session to both of us. The session itself took place in a very comfortable 'healing room' where I just lay back and allowed Tara to guide me through a series of visions and scenarios which was a new experience for me.
