This 12 week programme covers 2x 1:1 private sessions in the studio with me your Instructor. 
We will cover a variety of exercises, adding progressions along your journey.
Each week we will focus on something different, which we will circle back on at the end of the 12 weeks to see how far you have come. 
You will be added to a private group where you will have access to downloadable workouts at home, uploads from me containing technique cueing dos and don'ts, stretches to assist with recovery, meditations and a LIVE mat Pilates session once a month.
