I use multiple techniques such as Swedish, assisted stretches, energy work and mobilisation to work on any issues you may have. We will come up with a treatment plan to suit you, so if there are any areas you want to leave out or have more focus on, this can be arranged.

This treatment focuses on back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, face and head. It’s very common for us to hold tension in the upper body, leaving us feeling scrunched up and claustrophobic in ourselves. This massage aims to leave you feeling de-stressed, unravelled and with the space to breathe.

This floor-based treatment invites you to slow down and rest. We will start with a guided meditation to help you drop into the space. I will then play various instruments to bring your mind, body and spirit back into harmony. With your prior consent I may place instruments on the body if this feels like what is needed. I will use instruments such as himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, rattles, gongs and drums. 
 
There will be a period of silence at the end for the sounds to settle and we can discuss anything that came up afterwards.

1:1 Sound

This 60 minute floor-based treatment combines the magic of Reiki and Sound Healing. We will start with a guided meditation followed by a chakra scan. I will use reiki energy and sound healing instruments to address any imbalances and to encourage the flow of energy through the body, bringing you back into balance. There will be a period of silence at the end for the sounds to settle and we can discuss anything that came up afterwards.

This lower leg and foot massage is great for getting you out of your head and back into your body. Using calming essential oils, a rose quartz wand and a mixture of acupressure and massage techniques from the East, this treatment will help release tension from tired and aching feet and legs. 

Ground

Using techniques such as Ampuku Japanese abdominal massage, non-intrusive breast work, supporting the sacroiliac joint and pelvis during hormonal changes, acupressure points and Eastern energy techniques, this treatment is here to support any person experiencing menstrual pathologies, breast tenderness, PMS, peri/menopause, fertility issues and postnatal mothers who need some tlc.

Pregnancy Massage

This 60 minute treatment starts with a calming scalp massage and a cleanse of the face. Using nourishing oils, I will massage the face and neck, incorporating acupressure points to support the whole body, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage techniques.

This is followed by a reiki treatment, where I will scan the body and chakras for any imbalances, guiding any held energy back into a state of flow. 

This is a deeply nourishing treatment that will leaving your face and your aura glowing

Glow

This deeply relaxing 45 minute treatment focuses on the head, face, neck and shoulders, to calm and support the nervous system whilst releasing tension and promoting rejuvenation of the facial structure.

We will start with a calming scalp massage, before doing a facial cream cleanse with a warm towel. Using nourishing oils, I will massage the face, incorporating acupressure points to support the whole body, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage. 

Whilst the oil is working its magic on your face, I will massage the neck, shoulders and arms to release tension in those areas. We will then finish with a spritz of rose water to remove excess oil and to tone the face.

This treatment is especially great for people who suffer from depression, anxiety, insomnia and chronic stress, as it helps to calm the nervous system, bringing you back into the rest and repair state.

Facial Massage

Reiki translates to "Universal Life Energy" and is a beautiful Japanese energy healing technique. It helps to bring the mind, body and spirit back into balance through activating the body’s natural relaxation and healing response. 
 
Reiki energy is channeled through the practitioner and guided towards the client through gentle holds on the body, or above the body. It flows to where it is most needed and aims to raise the vibration of the energetic field and helps to clear stagnant energy, bringing you back into harmony.

Some benefits include: relaxation and better sleep; reduction in stress and anxiety; relief of pain & can help speed up emotional or physical recovery.
