Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Michael is a trained meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation. He will teach you what mediation really is, not the image your see portrayed in the media. 
You'll learn how to meditate but more importantly, why it works. Many people don't understand what they are trying to do when they start to meditate, so Michael will explain what happens to you when you meditate and why it's so beneficial. 

With this knowledge you'll find your way to become a regular mediator much more easily and successful.
