Enjoy a 10 min hot & cold plunge pool session to help with recovery between workouts or after the big day.

The session is made up of 5 x 2 min rounds alternating between hot and cold.

Make sure to bring a change of clothes and a towel for afterwards.
Aim to arrive 10mins before your booking to pre-rinse before plunging.
