I’d also like to clarify that the Lymphatic Drainage Massage session you booked has a total duration of 45 minutes, plus 15 minutes of processing time which includes arrival, changing, and any short breaks if needed. The treatment that lasts 1h15 is our Detox Massage, which is a different service.

So my appt was at 9am, the lady turned at 9:20 - No contact about her running late and no sincere apology. I finally got on the bed and the massage started at 9:30am and it finished at 10am. I paid £60 for 1hr15mins. But didn't get it. No discount for not having the rest of the 45mins I was owed and still no apology. The massage didn't really work for me. 
My mum also came today at 11am and got 1hr20mins massage? Im not sure why my experience was so different to hers? And why hers lasted longer. I just had a terrible experience, I don't think I'll be returning as I feel like I've been robbed.
