I came in with a complaint following my last appointment in the Studio. Very impressed with the way it was handled and sorted out. I will definitely be returning. Pitching my tent here!!!!

Appointment was at 12. There was no staff present at the appointed time.

Cozy ambience and great customer service from the front desk in making me feel welcomed and ensuring I was happy with overall service. Fantastic attention to detail by Nail Techs -  Marvelous and Osita. Highly recommend Pastels Studio seeking quality mani/pedis.
