Amazing venue (it's up about 18 to 20 steps). Beautiful room, such a comfy, warm bed! The head basin is so comfy, not at all like the hairdressers. 

Rosie did a great analysis of my scalp, it was so interesting. 

The massage and treatments were amazing. I nearly fell asleep 4 times and that's not like me. Great service from Rosie, she knows the right areas to focus on. I can't wait to go back!
