A light to firm pressure massage.  The perfect massage to balance the nervous system- whether you need to de-stress or recharge, this slow-flow massage uses long, broad, sweeping techniques along with gentle stretching to deliver the ultimate nervous system reboot.  Melt away generalized tension from daily stress. Leave with a sense of well-being, calmness, and grounding.

This 30 minute session is designed with a specific ache, pain, or ailment that you may be experiencing. 
We aim to target and relieve the root cause of the issue through deep tissue techniques.

Liz is certified in the John F. Barnes Myofascial method. A gentle hands on therapy that uses sustained pressure to treat tension and pain.

This treatment combines traditional massage techniques with the therapeutic benefits of cupping. Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, increasing circulation, easing muscle tension, and supporting recovery.  Both static (cups placed and left to rest on specific points) and mobile (cups moved smoothly across the skin, like a deep tissue glide) may be used, depending on your needs. The blend of hands on massage and cupping creates a unique experience that helps release tightness, reduce discomfort, and promote overall relaxation and balance.

This session offers channeled messages from your spirit team and pulled tarot cards for healing and guidance. This session also includes a meditative healing, where the energy of intuitively chosen crystals is blended into the healing meditation. As you sit in this state, I will guide the meditation as I send healing. This session supports and guides you through the Dark Night of the Soul. The healing will help you to feel more empowered and have direction on how to best move forward and feel more aligned.
