This treatment combines traditional massage techniques with the therapeutic benefits of cupping. Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, increasing circulation, easing muscle tension, and supporting recovery.  Both static (cups placed and left to rest on specific points) and mobile (cups moved smoothly across the skin, like a deep tissue glide) may be used, depending on your needs. The blend of hands on massage and cupping creates a unique experience that helps release tightness, reduce discomfort, and promote overall relaxation and balance.
