Deep tissue massage reaches further into the muscles and connective tissue to break down and loosen tightness. This treatment is available to all clients who have a specific problem areas that needs extra attention. It's available in three lengths of time, 30, 60 and 90 minutes. I would recommend choosing 30 mins if you have just one area that needs attention, 1 hour if you have 2-3 areas and 1.5 hours if you're training for an event and need the whole body seeing to.
