Strong, focused treatment for tightness, pain, and lack of mobility. We’ll decide in your session whether Deep Tissue or Sports Massage is best for you. Techniques may include firm pressure, trigger point work, dynamic stretching, PNF, and mobilisation. Multiple sessions and consistency offer the best long-term results. Stretch-specific sessions can also be booked separately. Add CBD for an extra fee. New clients, please book longer than 30 minutes.


Deep Tissue / Sports Massage 

This treatment incorporates your chosen massage with the inclusion of cupping and/or acupuncture and / or Dry needling rolled into one. This is a multi modal massage which will treat all areas of the body according to your requirements and needs. This can be booked as Sports Massage, Deep Tissue or Swedish. Just add in the notes as much information as possible. 

This treatment is available for 60 and 90 minutes.

Optimum Massage 

This healing session is perfect for women who are going through transitions, either into perimenopause, who are in menopause, Premenstrual,  or at a time of feeling mentally or hormonally unbalanced with everything that your life brings to you when you have to juggle so much. Assisted One to One stretch session, aiming to improve muscle flexibility, strength and range of motion. The main stretching techniques applied are passive, PNF and Isometric. 
This session is fully clothed please where appropriate items that stretch and do not have zips, poppers, buttons etc or clothing

This is not for you if you have acute pain from inflammation or injury in the area that you wish to be stretched.

​This really is the ultimate wrapped up into 90 minutes. A full body massage from top to your toes - including a taster of the the abdominal / Colon/ stomach treatment (which is also a stand alone treatment)  area to help rid toxins an promote digestive wellness. Inlcuded is also a taster of the most relaxing acupressure head and Face massage - which will truly send you off into the perfect realxation this focuses on all the pressure points around the face, head and neck for a total full body, mind and stress free wellness (this is also a stand alone treatment) 

This is based on a Swedish technique for relaxation. You can not swap out or change parts of this treatment. 
Sports Massage.  Or deep tissue can not be requested.

Ultimate Full Body

Pregnancy massage can help reduce stress, relax your muscles and improve your blood flow, mood and sleep during pregnancy.
Massage in pregnancy can more gentler than the type of massage you can have at other times, but very effective due to the hormone 'Relaxin' that is naturally produced to help your muscles become more supple for baby growth.
It can ease discomfort and increasing muscle tension. which can put pressure on your body is areas of the hips, lower back and between the shoulder blades. 

Check with your doctor or midwife that it's safe for you to have a pregnancy massage.
Massage during labour can help manage your pain and improve your birth experience.

If you have a high risk pregnancy or have any concerns please contact before booking this appointment. 
A 30 minute appointment is not suitable for a pregnancy massage. 

Pregnancy massage

​Gentle and firm stroking and kneading techniques over the scalp, face, neck, throat, shoulders and upper arms. Using smooth and slow activity to release muscular tension.  Slow rhythmic circular movements charge the body with healing energy.  In addition, the treatment of selected acupressure points balance the energy

Acupressure Head and Face Massage

This is the most relaxing massage but so  - I get asked for neck and scalp but not often enough so I have devised  this as a named treatment because we forget our scalps and how effective a good neck and scalp massage can be for tension release, headaches, recovery from colds and coughs, stress and tension. There are so many layers of fascia and muscle that continues into the scalp from the face and neck. This is a perfectly firm massage to address all of these issues and leave you feeling floating out the door

Neck to Scalp

A non-invasive massage of the abdominal muscles and colon. Helping to relieve constipation, bloat, slow or sluggish bowel. It also helps promote a healthy system by helping to remove toxins and bacteria to improve colon condition
