Rescheduling: Latest 3 hour before booking. No refunds or rescheduling are permitted within 3 hours of the booking.
Cancellation: Latest 3 hour before booking. Fresha & credit card merchant imposes administration and credit card fees.
Booking: Plan ahead with room bookings up to 12 hours in advance.
Fixed Timings: Room booking timings will strictly adhere to your Fresha system reservation.
Grace Period: A 5-minute grace period is allowed. Punctuality is key, and a 30-minute charge (50% of the hourly rate) will apply for every 10 minutes of extension beyond the grace period. Invoices for extended time will be sent via Fresha.
Delayed Start: If your booking is delayed due to a prior user, we'll extend your session accordingly.
Booking Administration: All changes must be made through your Fresha app account.
