This amazing treatment helps to release and relax the jaw and all the muscles that are attached to the TMJ that can often cause headaches and neck or shoulder pain. Using massage and gua sha techniques together with intra-oral massage this treatment can have a huge impact on relieving the pain and associated discomfort that comes clenching the jaws which is often a subconscious act. 
Just one treatment can achieve great results but I would highly recommend this as a regular treatment as clenching is a subconscious habit and will take much awareness and practice to stop doing this completely.
