Myofascial Release is a hands-on therapy that can be very effective in treating a range of 'hard to treat' chronic pain conditions including: fibromyalgia, RSI, back pain, pelvic pain, headaches and migraines, TMJ & jaw pain, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciatis and complications with scar tissue to name a few.
Although immediate benefits are likely to be experienced after just one session, an initial course of weekly sessions followed by regular monthly maintenance sessions are highly recommended for maximum and lasting results.

Release tension and muscle stiffness. This massage is performed intuitively with a 'listening' touch by a highly experienced massage therapist to identify and address each individual's needs. Specially selected essential oils are incorporated.

TIRED LEG AND FOOT REVIVAL 
Warm towels cleanse and comfort tired feet. Lower legs and feet are are treated to a massage to help boost circulation and reduce fatigue.

FACE NECK AND SCALP MASSAGE 
Soothing, comforting strokes are applied to the neck, face and scalp. This massage helps promote deeper states of relaxation, better sleep, improved skin and hair condition and enhance mood - snoring is optional!
