Myofascial Release is a hands-on therapy that can be very effective in treating a range of 'hard to treat' pain conditions including but not limited to, fibromyalgia, RSIs, back pain, pelvic pain, headaches and migraines, TMJ & jaw pain, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciatis and complications with scar tissue.
Although immediate benefits are likely to be experienced after just one session, a course of weekly sessions followed by regular monthly maintenance sessions are recommended for maximum and lasting results.
