Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show Policy:

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a 50% of booked service fee.

No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. This applies if you need to cancel for any reason.

A $50 deposit is required for all new clients' first appointments. The deposit must be paid within 48 hours to confirm the appointment.

NEW CLIENTS MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING

1. Wash and sanitize hands – Ensure both you and your client have clean hands before starting.
2. Shape nails – File the natural nails to the desired shape and length.
3. Cuticle work – Use a cuticle bit with an e-file to gently clean and push back cuticles.
4. Cleanse nails – Remove dust and oils using a nail alcohol wipe.
5. Apply base coat – Apply a thin layer and cure under the lamp.
6. Apply builder gel – cure under the lamp 
7. Apply gel polish colour – 1–2 coats of your chosen colour, curing between each layer.
8. Apply top coat – Seal the manicure with a shiny or matte top coat, then cure.
9. Finish with cuticle oil – Massage nourishing oil into the cuticles for hydration.
