•Graston (scraping) - done to release your fascia (which tend to create tension within the muscle and affect range of motion)

•Active Release Technique - done to release trigger points and knots in the muscles

• Cupping is done based on what’s going on, but it’s not my first choice of treatment as the treatments above tend to lead to greater , longer lasting results
