Your first appointment includes a short consultation to discuss your medical history and treatment goals. You’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level. Sports massage involves lying down but also includes movement and stretching. For rehabilitation, wear non-restrictive clothing (shorts & t-shirt if needed). Open communication ensures the best results.

Deep Tissue & Sports Massage
Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure to relieve chronic pain & tightness (e.g., stiff neck, sore shoulders, back pain).

Injury Assessment
Initial consultation:

Within the first session, there may only be time for the injury consultation and medical history. If we have time, we will most definitely get round to some sort of treatment. The consultation is crucially important to build the best picture of the possible injury before deciding on a treatment approach, some will be shorter than others than others. If not, this will be delivered in the following sessions and in the meantime, you will be given a rehab plan (exercises, stretches and advice) to rehab from home, and hopefully begin to progressively minimise the pain and keep the injury at bay.

Follow up sessions:

In the following sessions, we will have full sessions of the most effective and relevant treatment selected by ourselves and, If necessary, tweak the rehab plan if any movement didn’t feel comfortable to make your rehabilitation journey as comfortable and efficient as possible. Then when the time is right, we will obviously progress with
