Back massage with Indian Head Massage

Championship Massage

Lower body massage.
This massage is ideal for anyone who spends any sort of time on their feet whether it’s through their occupation or sports. You will receive massage on the front/back of your legs and glutes when requested. If you request glute massage, please note that you will receive a lower back massage too. 

Cupping and IASTM can be added at no extra cost. 
K taping can be added on for £5 extra.

Lower body massage

Lower back & shoulder massage. 

Everyone has knots and could benefit from a back massage. If you are experiencing tightness/pain or know that you have a problem area - this massage is what you need!! Decrease discomfort and feel lighter. 
Ideally, this massage would be performed in the evening to aid sleep as you can feel very sleepy after this treatment.

Back massage

Full body massage involves getting the front and back of your legs massaged as well as your full back. Arms and hands can be massaged on request.

This treatment will help fully relax and reset you especially if you are feeling tight or discomfort. Perfect to be done in the evening as you will be set up for a good nights sleep.
