We will work together to decide on the best treatment and/or rehabilitation for you, ensuring that your plan is bespoke to your individual needs and progress. 

In this session we will begin treatment which may include massage, other soft tissue techniques such as myofascial release and mobilisations, cupping, kinesiology taping and hot stones, depending on your needs and preferences.
