I am a Massage Therapist and  with more than 4 years experience. Qualified at Level 3 including sports performance massage for pre/post event and maintenance massages. I am currently studying Level Sports Massage. I also have experience working in prestigious Spa and health retreat environments.  I am  Based in Newmarket and Cambridge and offer  mobile treatment options that are available to clients in and around Suffolk and Cambridge.

30 min Back Neck & Shoulder 

This classic Swedish massage focuses on muscle relaxation, increasing circulation, and reducing tension. It will leave you feeling revitalised and rejuvenated. 

60 Min Swedish Full Body Massage

A particular favourite amongst sports, gym goers and even working professionals.  This treatment is for pain or tension in a specific area. eg. targeting the muscles and tissue of the specific body part whether it is legs, arms or back and shoulders with massage or stretching to increase range of motion and aid recovery.  First appointment will require a quick consultation will be required to find out more about the problem area which may require some dynamic testing before treatment - please allow at least an hour in some cases (this will not be charged). A treatment plan can be discussed for your individual needs. 

Additional info: I am a qualified level 4 Sports Massage therapist in Soft Tissue Dysfunction with level 5 clinical methods assessment certificate.

Please the book 60 minutes session if it is your first treatment which will include 15 minutes of consultation and assessment - you will not be charged for the 15 minutes.
