Kim is very kind, massage was targeted, well consulted and professionally done. 

My massage at Knead to Unknot was wonderful. I already look forward to the next time.
The only downside is the difficulty to find parking. It's also makes it hard for the businesses, when their customers are runny late due to the lack of spots. 

Kim is amazing, I told her where I wanted her to concentrate on and she did just that. If I could, I would bottle her up and take her home. I will definitely be coming back.

Calling all athletes , young or old . 

Using a series of massage techniques such as effleurage , petrissage and tapotement;  this treatment will help to prepare the body for an event or help the body to recover post event . 

Incorporating consistent massage treatments throughout work out routines assists in prevention of injury.  

Athletes will be treated according to their so specific needs . 


 

Sports Massage 

Soothing strokes ( effleurage ). Light breath work , essential oils and light stretching are incorporated in this treatment to facilitate relaxation of the heart , body , mind and soul . 

Relaxation Massage 

This treatment has been known to increase mobility and reduce discomfort in target areas such as the neck , shoulders, back and legs . 

Remedial Massage 

Craniosacral Therapy uses a series of gentle contacts on the cranium, spinal cord and sacrum to create balance within the central nervous system ;  specific to chakras and meridian systems within the body .  

This is a very relaxing and comfortable treatment which may reduce headaches and tension in the body. 

Clients have stated that they have a greater sense of calm and well-being after these sessions.  Others have noted significant improvements in sleep patterns. 

This treatment allows for the release of physical , emotional and mental components of trauma.
