A combined session of bodywork (i.e. massage) and somatics. A session would include an initial conversation about your wellbeing and practice, as well as your intentions for the session. We would then divide the time between doing somatic work: working with your nervous system to start understanding your stress cycles, how to release emotions and move through life with more spaciousness AND massage work: offering restful integration and co-regulation of the nervous system work we do. This is helpful for: inflammation, burn out, stress and anxiety, chronic fatigue and pain, and more. 

1h30min Somatics + Bodywork New Practitioner (+30 min consultation) 

Somatic work, practicing for you to start understanding your nervous system and complete stress cycles, release emotionally for capacity and space AND massage, for rest and integration.

1h30min Somatics + Bodywork Combined Session (Returning Practitioner)

Pay-it-forward books you a 1h session with me for either bodywork/massage or somatic guidance/coaching + pays for a bursary session (of their choice) for someone who needs a session and cannot afford it.
