Consultation with the first Visit and Treatment will follow.
The Assessment Procedure will happen as follows, firstly we will go through a Client Record Form and get it filled out. Next we will check your body alignment followed by Range of Movement tests which will be relevant to your injured area. Once these are complete we will then start into the massage which will include a warm up in the relevant area followed by the treatment. Finally we will finish up with some home care advice and Post Treatment care.

Initial Consultation & Treatment 'First Treatment'

This is not a relaxation treatment. This 30 min or 45 min session is suitable for legs or back, neck and shoulders. Designed to treat the aches and pains of over training, poor posture or even a sedentary lifestyle which all leave the muscles in need of unknotting and realigning. Techniques include massage, pressure point work and assisted stretching.

Deep Tissue Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system.
