Specialised bodywork designed to promote relaxation, relieve discomfort, and enhance the overall well-being of mother and baby. Sessions typically adapt to each trimester, taking into account changes in the body, and are performed with the client lying on their side and/or semi-reclined. 


Pregnancy massage 

Specialised bodywork to help the body recover after birth. Focuses on typically affected areas such as upper back, arms, sacrum and hips and seeks to improve blood flow and lymphatic drainage, whilst releasing muscular tension accumulated during labour. 


Postnatal massage 

Ideal for pelvic discomfort and heaviness associated with symptoms of PMT and perimenopause.
