Reflexology is based on the premise that all of the body's structures and organs are replicated on the foot and by stimulating or relaxing these reflex points, relief can be felt for a number of conditions ranging from insomnia, headaches, high blood pressure etc. I am also trained in fertility, pregnancy and oncology reflexology.

Reflexology

First consultation and treatment, followed by two further 45 minute treatments. This package is suitable for clients who have a specific goal or an event to prepare for, or for anyone who would like to start working on a particular issue. This brilliant foundation package saves 15€ and for best results, it is advised to have one treatment per week for three weeks. All treatments to be booked within a month. 

Sports Foundation Package 

This is an hour's massage dedicated to you. For you to relax and to allow for your body and mind to tune into one another and begin healing. A warm, heated underblanket, the calming fragrance of essential oils and the gentle flicker of candles will gently invite you to let go of your worries whilst Chloe massages your tension away.
