I've never worked with this young lady, most polite, attentive as could be. This was an emergency last min booking so that's on me as I didn't get to tell Kayla I was coming in or she would have e told this young lady "girl she doesn't come in for pampering she comes in for medical reasons for her feet and they need to be bladed and handled roughly to get all the old off. My fault but this girl was a beautiful soul young lady

Tina is the best and I always get great service. 

The gentleman was clearly new and learning and I understand that. Some of my cuticles were sanded raw. He did some things to one hand but not the other even after the girl next to him reminded him. I have a few nails that have bubbles and some that are uneven. 

I have had my nails done by others at KV and always love them. Glad this wasn't my first experience.

Structured Gel is a nail service where a thick, self-leveling gel is applied to the nails to extend or strengthen them. This process helps to restore the nails’ strength, adds length if desired, and ensures a smooth, durable finish. Structured Gel is cured under a UV/LED lamp for optimal hardness and longevity. This is a great alternative to acrylic or dip as there is no monomer used and there is no need to soak nails in acetone.
