Nuad Phaen Boran (Ancient Massage), as is it called in Thailand, is a must-try for foreign travelers in good healthy condition. It focuses mostly on the overall energy flow throughout the body and the therapy points located along the energetic pathways, to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal.

This healing practice is the most rigorous form of Thai massage as it combines elements of stretching yoga and acupressure techniques, applied by the practitioner using her hands, elbows, knees, and feet to the whole recipient’s body, starting with the feet and finishing with the head in order to release “bad energy” from the top.

Thai Foot Massage & Reflexology

Traditional Thai massage is oil-free, but to enhance blood circulation by the heating sensation, Thai herbal balm may be applied to desired parts of the body. There is no need to remove massage clothes for this. We normally use Green balm which has a strong minty smell and slightly cooling effect but causes the opposite feeling.

Our therapists perform it with their palms, thumbs, and elbows, directing fluid and rhythmic movements along the energy lines of the body - to stimulate acupressure points and instill a perfect balance of refreshment and unwinding.

For a more intense sensory experience, choose a fusion of Thai massage coupled with Indian Ayurvedic medicine! Natural aromatic oil, heated to about 60C, is gently rubbed over the entire body through long, repetitive strokes on the limbs and circular strokes on the joints. The combination of heat and directed pressure provides stimulation of the lymph vessels under the skin.

Among other benefits for the body and mind, this procedure helps to eliminate stagnation in the lymph system, which could result in the accumulation of decomposition products, preservatives, medicines, and other slags in your tissues. If you are on the removal of toxins and wastes from your body, do not eat and drink too much liquid before a hot oil massage.

Thai massage for back, shoulder & head

Part of classic Thai massage focusing on the lower half of a body, especially on the areas that can contribute to lower back pain and Sciatica, like butt, hips, and thighs.

It reduces pain associated with muscle clamps and pinching of arteries and the sciatic nerve, which runs from the bottom of a spine down through legs. Again, if you have constant lower back pain, it’s best to visit a doctor before getting any type of massage.

Thai massage for back & leg

More of a treatment than a relaxation procedure aimed at breaking up scar tissue and breaking down muscle adhesions (“knots”) usually in the back, neck, and shoulders. While almost anyone can benefit from deep tissue massage, it is particularly recommended for those recovering from sports-related injuries.

In order to reach the deepest layers of muscles and connective tissues, this type of massage involves more forceful stroking and kneading movements than any other. During the session, the therapist applies slow yet concentrated pressure to the targeted area mostly by their fingers, knuckles, and elbows. This can be painful!

Another brainchild of traditional Thai massage and Thai Herbal Pharmacopoeia uses the soothing, cooling, hydrating, moisturizing and healing properties of a natural antibiotic and antioxidant Aloe Vera plant. It is aimed on treatment for sunburns, abrasions, bug bites, itching, and other skin irritations.

This is most gentle type of Thai massage, performed carefully by gliding and flowing strokes only. Aloe Vera gels can be of different consistency and either used alone or mixed with Aroma oils. In any case, the long-lasting, pleasant feeling of chilled skin must be expected as a result of this therapy.

Aloe Vera Massage

Double treatment combining a body polish with relaxing aromatic massage. First, an exfoliant mixed with essential oil is rubbed into body using various oil massage techniques. Then this substance is rinsed away, dead skin debris are also removing and fresh, healthy, moisturized and smooth skin layer reveals.

After precise skin cleansing, the treatment is completed with full body massage with a choice of either hot oil, intensive body lotion or cream. The whole procedure helps to draw out impurities, clear pores and blemishes, encourage skin rejuvenation, promote efficient circulation, and reduce stress.

Body Scrub & Oil Massage

This combination has the greatest beneficial effect on the health and appearance of the skin, especially skin recovering after sunburns or allergic reactions. Important: body scrubs can’t be used while the skin is still irritated or inflamed.
