If you feel you want to add more nurturing to the toenail pedicure then this option gives you that chance!  This will add on a paraffin wax foot mask which is fantastic for softening the skin as well as providing pain relief for tired or inflamed feet.  This option also adds on a foot massage to help with blood flow, lymphatic boost and easing tension.  This can speed up the healing process of the nails too!

Extended Toenail Pedicure 

This is the same as the luxury but with the benefit of the extra 30 mins it will include an upgrade to a paraffin wax foot mask which is fantastic for softening the skin and also helping to relieve pain & inflammation.  This option also gives you an upgraded choice of gel polish or french manicure to finish

A pedicure is literally translated as ‘feet-cure’ from Latin so history recognised the importance of looking after them!

If you have toe nail issues (thick, overgrown, fungal, curved over etc) then please choose the toe pedicure instead as more time needs investing into them!

If you have thick, overgrown, detached, fungal, difficult to cut toes etc then this is for you.

Firstly, toes are beautiful.  I’ve never seen a pair of ugly feet and I’ve seen thousands!!!!  I promise, yours are beautiful too!

I’m not a podiatrist but I have and will continue to train in all issues with the toes and nails to provide a service that restores nail condition over time.  This service will no doubt change a lot the more I learn!


Please contact me when booking to let me know what the issues are as I may not be qualified to deal with it all but I can certainly promise you healthier looking nails even if I can’t do everything at the moment

Add ear candling to any treatment for a cheaper way to balance & protect a sensitive area.  This does not remove wax but helps soften wax, boost the immune system, aid balance, promote healing to things such as vertigo, infections etc

Cold can seem a little off putting but it’s fantastic for your face.   Using a range of steel, jade & stone … treat your skin plus the muscles and blood to a cold stone experience which can help reduce inflammation, redness, skin flare ups, wrinkles, fine lines, headaches, stress, tension, sinus pain and so much more.  Cold helps tighten the skin and contract the muscles to promote lift and vibrancy.

Scalp pressure not only stimulates hair growth and delays greying but can also massively reduce emotional and mental strain.  

Combine the two at the end of any other treatment to further enhance the benefits 


Cold Stone Facial Massage & Scalp Massage

Bach remedies can be life changing.  4 drops added to a drink 4 times a day is all it takes for gradual improvement in any emotional issue.

Bach remedies are non toxic and safe for children and animals.  It is impossible to take too much.

I only use medical EU approved ear candles to soothe and calm the respiratory system.  Contrary to popular belief, no wax is removed during this therapy however the ear canal is warmed and congestion can be eased considerably.  This therapy also includes a 20 min face/scalp massage while the inner ears rebalance if you go for the hour treatment or you can add it on to a different therapy

Indian head massage stimulates the mind, face, balances the top three chakras, encourages hair growth, warms neck/shoulder muscles, boosts the immune system and a whole lot more! The therapy is done in a seated position and you remain fully clothed.

Basically… everything the adults get but as it’s usually the parents that end up paying plus teenage skin requires more treatments, I will always offer it cheaper for anyone under 18.

The treatment will remain exactly the same as the adults with the exception of neck/shoulder/facial massage and instead incorporates more of the electrical facial machinery

An upgrade on the traditional facial as this treatment incorporates steaming, depilex brushing, some upgraded products, eye gel pads and a bespoke facial oil made specific for your skin.  The face mask will be skin specific but can include either hot mud, paraffin wax, hot oil, clay or cream

Fertility can be a sensitive subject.  Reflexology is renowned for helping to regulate periods, boost fertility, improve sperm mobility and ease menopause.

If you are trying to regulate a period, it is advisable to have this weekly for 8 weeks for best results.  For fertility, try to have this one or two days before ovulation to help prepare the womb and enhance internal conditions.

It takes two to make a baby!  Not only can some issues come from the male side but it can be incredibly stressful for a couple to go through and therefore it is advisable for both to receive treatment at the same time.  This also enhances the support for eachother and eases the stresses involved.

For fertility, it is advisable for a couple to have a treatment one or two days before ovulation
