Please ensure you book a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment if you are a new client. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge, and no-show appointments will incur a 100% charge. Kindly arrive on time, as I do not have a waiting area. Thank you!
