Karuna Massage and Yoga offers weekly Hatha Yoga Classes with mantra, pranayama, mudra and guided meditation. The sessions are slow moving and deeply relaxing. Massage sessions are an individualized blend of therapeutic and relaxation massage, incorporating warm stones and towels, using only certified organic oils. Kerri brings over 20 years of experience working in the healing arts to each session.
