Rapid is a bodywork modality that focuses on a very specific issue. In an initial session we will do an assessment checking range of motion and pain levels in areas of the upper body (neck, shoulders, arms, back, etc.). This session is a 15 minute assessment with UP TO 30 minutes of treatment. 

Rapid is done with client fully clothed so please wear clothes that you are comfortable moving in.
