This massage is renowned for its deeply relaxing effects. Our skilled Therapists use a combination of gentle, long, kneading strokes, along with light, rhythmic tapping on the top layers of muscles. This soothing technique also includes gentle joint movements, flexing, and stretching to promote flexibility. By easing muscle tension, aches, and pains, Swedish massage provides both relaxation and a sense of rejuvenation. For an enhanced experience, you can add a botanical scrub to merge skin revitalization with the calming benefits of massage.

Soothing Swedish Massage

For our highly stressed and physically tired Babes, book this massage and give yourself the opportunity to melt away under the warmth of our smooth, flat, heated basalt stones that are positioned along your spine, in the palms of your hands, along your legs and between the toes. Basalt is an iron-rich type of rock that retains heat, and by placing it on certain parts of the body, it helps to relax the muscles and improve the circulation of the nervous system and the blood.

For a more soothing experience, at your request, the Therapist can apply pressure throughout your body using the stones.

Dreamy Hot Stone Massage

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the hands and feet. It is believed that these areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person's general health. This stimulating massage will leave you feeling much more energized, rested and centred.

Relaxing Reflexology Massage

For our fit Babes, our gym Babes, our overall can't keep still Babes, this particular massage technique uses slow strokes and sustained pressure to target the inner layers of muscles, deep below the surface.  Deep tissue massages are usually recommended for Babes who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity (athletes), and patients who have sustained physical injury.  It is not uncommon to experience a light muscle ache for a day or two after receiving this massage. Deep tissue therapy sessions varies greatly.

Let's Get Deep (Deep Tissue Massage)

For the super busy Babes, take a break from your to do list and indulge in this soothing massage treatment. It includes a swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hand and foot massage, along with a combination of heated lava basalt stone which helps induce and promote a deep state of relaxation. Essential oils are also used to help calm your senses and balance and harmonize the body. Pressure can vary medium to deep.

Sugar Babe Signature Massage

Fragrant compresses infused with Thai herbs and spices are used to induce relaxation, relieve fatigue, improves skin texture through exfoliation, boost well-being, assist body alignment and improve circulation and lymphatic system function.

Coupled with relaxing Swedish massage techniques, this full body massage completely restores you from head to toe and is especially effective for those with poor circulation, tired and overworked muscles and stiff joints.

Additionally, enjoy a Glass of wine and a crisp bottle of water, complimentary with this service.

Thai Herbal Luxury Poultice Massage

Massage Therapy

This service can range anywhere from an hour to hour and a half. The wart and the area around it will be cleaned and numbed by your Therapist (Please let us know before hand if you're allergic to any numbing medicines, like novacaine, lidocaine, or epinephrine).

A Plasma Pen with a needle-like hot tip, is put on your wart and the heat burns away the skin cells around the wart.  The area around your wart may look charred (white and swollen) for up to 14 days after.
