Volg de 8 weekse Mindfulness Stress Relieve Therapy Training. Of doe mee aan de breathwork sessies en leer om je bewust te worden van jezelf en je omgeving, in het hier en nu te zijn en in contact te staan met je gevoel en lichaam. Of boek een losse Mindfulness sessie. 

Follow the 8 week Mindfulness Stress Relieve Therapy Training. Or participate in the breathwork sessions and learn to become aware of yourself and your environment, to be in the here and now and to be in touch with your feelings and body. Or book a separate Mindfulness session.
