• Do not tan 2 weeks before or have sunburned face 

• No facials 2 weeks before

• Do not work out on the day of your appointment

• No botox 3 weeks before

• Do not take Fish Oil or Vitamin E for 1 week before as these are natural blood thinners

• Avoid aspirin and ibuprofen for 2 days before. 

• Do not wax or tint brows 3 days before

• Service cannot be performed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

• If you are on any medication or have any medical conditions, please ensure that you obtain the go ahead from your physician 

The following are to be avoided for 7 days after your service:  

• Increased sweating
• Gym and Sports
• Swimming
• Sauna, hot baths, lengthy showers or jacuzzi
• Sun tanning or salon tanning
• Lasers, chemical peels, or use of creams containing retinoids or acids
• Facials for 6 weeks 
• Heavy household tasks that involve a lot of airborne debris
