Infrared Sauna- 30 min

Experience the restorative benefits of red light therapy: ideal for improving circulation, enhancing skin tone, and supporting recovery from post-workout inflammation or injury.

*Please note: Each booking allows up to 20 minutes. Some clients enjoy the full time, while others stop sooner, everyone responds differently. Even 10 minutes can still be effective.

If you have selected RLT for new injuries or advanced tissue repair we follow an incremental schedule: 

– Sessions 1–2: 20 minutes on continuous light (to allow cells and the nervous system to adjust).
– Session 3 onwards: 20 minutes on pulse light (for deeper stimulation and recovery).

After other treatments: If you’ve had acupuncture, cortisone injections, cupping, or massage therapy, wait 48–72 hours before red light therapy to allow bruising or tenderness to settle.
