When your body is stiff, tight, or painful - we recommend our Therapeutic Massage.  You will receive a medium to firm massage using many styles and techniques including wonderful stretching, that will address your problem areas. Your session will include Doterra aromatherapy
and may also include a few hot stones, some light cupping or gua sha.

Therapeutic Massage 

When you get a massage are you always asking for deeper pressure?  This massage is for you.  Detailed deep tissue work, may include some cupping, gua sha or scraping tools, sports stretches & resisted PNF stretches. 

Deep Tissue Massage

When you need to stop and recharge this is the massage for you.  You will receive a light to medium pressure massage with relaxing flow & soothing touch. 
To help you deeply relax we include heated massage tables, Doterra aromatherapy, a few hot towels or hot stones.

Relaxation Massage

Cupping therapy is an form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts suction cups on your skin using movement as well as leaving the cup for a few minutes.  Benefits include helping with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cups can leave marks that look like bruises but they are not painful.
The cupping will be included in your massage session.

Your service will begin with you laying on our super comfortable heated massage table receiving cold therapy on your face, head and neck. Your Massage Therapist will use several cold tools including cold stones, jade roller & gua sha. Cold therapy will take down inflammation in your sinus and calm the nerves in the face and head and can assist in lymphatic drainage. 
For the second half of your service your Massage Therapists will move down to your feet and use heat!  Using hot towels or hot stones they will give you a heavenly foot massage. This will stimulate circulation and increase blood flow in your legs and feet.  
This service is wonderfully relaxing for everyone & especially good for migraine sufferers and people who have neuropathy. 

Crown and Ground - Hot & Cold/ Head & Feet

This massage is a targeted Therapeutic Massage focusing on a specific problem area.

Flowing Hot Stone Massage

This heavenly Massage is exactly what a Mom to be needs.  Relaxation, Rest and Renewal.  She will enjoy being surrounded by pillows and blankets while getting her tense & sore spots worked out. Prenatal Massage Therapy helps to relieve some of the stress, exhaustion, tension and pain that can accompany pregnancy. 
Recommended at least once a month starting in the second trimester.

Prenatal Massage

Floor Thia Massage focuses on rhythmically working your bodies Sen (energy) lines using light to medium pressure. Your Massage Therpaist will move your body through range of motion along with stretching.  Thai Massage is done on a Thai mat on the floor we may incorporate pillows, bolsters and blankets.
Your therapist will be using their hands, arms, knees and feet to deeply stretch you while applying medium to deep pressure.
Similar to having your body moved through yoga poses. Wonderful to receive and very effective🙌

Thai Massage : Floor Thai

Thai Massage has been called lazy mans yoga because your massage therapist will move you through deep stretches.  This is a very effective massage and also a very different massage.   Traditional Thai Massage is done on a mat on the floor with your massage therapist using their hands & feet to deeply stretch you.  This Table Thai Massage is adapted to be done on the massage table instead of a floor mat. You will wear comfortable clothes for this session.  Your massage therapist will at times come onto the massage table with you,  they will use their hands as well as their feet to move you through deep stretches.  Along with deep stretching Thai massage is rhythmic and moves along your meridians (energy lines).  We LOVE Thai massage!

FOOT MASSAGE LOVERS~ This Is For YOU!  Your feet, calves and shins will be wrapped in hot towel, then you will receive Thai Foot Massage.   Your therapist will use a Kruya (Thai massage tool) to simulate your Thai Reflexology points intending to help your body heal itself.

Hot Stone Zone

Your skin will love you and you will enjoy every second. Choose from our excellent Organic Face Masks!  Your face is steamed with hot towels, then your mask is applied rests soaking into your skin while you are receiving your massage. When your mask is removed you face is massaged and then steamed with hot towels a second time.
