Our licensed lash operator(s) received additional & special trainings in eyelash extension with unique styles.Not until you experience our extension services; not until you went through weeks after receiving the extension, you wouldn't able to tell the differences between lash operators with specialized trainings versus any typical lash operator elsewhere.

**We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
**We understand that sometimes you must take calls while in the salon. We ask that you please set cell phones to low volume. Communication via FaceTime/speaker phone is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.
** We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
** Our policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience.







Salon Environment 

We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hour’s notice if you cancel your appointment.
1. Canceling less than 24 hrs will result in a charge of 45% of the scheduled service(s) total. 
2.  Cancellations or appointment rescheduling made within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment time are No-Shows & will be charged 75% of the service(s) total.
3. In the event that we are unable to collect cancellation and/or no-show fees, the client cannot be serviced at the salon until the balance is paid. All future appointments scheduled for the client will be canceled until the fees have been collected.
4. We have the rights NOT to service clients who file illegitimate disputes for cancellation/no-show fees.
5. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.


Late Arrivals/Cancellations/Noshows

If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and schedule a redo appointment. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails/lashes fixed within 3 days after your initial service date.  We do not accept complementary redo appointments after 5 days of your initial services.

We will charge you for the cost of any repairs or replacements that we have to endure because of damages that happened outside of our salon.

We will re-do any service if you are unsatisfied with the quality provided, given that you tell us immediately after the services have been performed. 

As soon as you walk out the salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to you.

The redo/fixing policy does not cover a change in service or color.

We do not offer refunds for any services or products.
