With regular sessions, this treatment offers lasting relief from muscle tension which enhancing your physical and mental well-being making it the perfect ritual for long term self care. 

We don't offer pregnancy massage, as we don't have the specialised equipment. However, our Facelift & Restore treatment is still a lovely option, as it's done entirely face-up.

This 45-minute remedial face and scalp massage provides a holistic approach to facial rejuvenation. This treatment integrates technical and intuitive movements that focus on breaking up fascial adhesions, improving circulation and the appearance of fine lines, while also de-puffing the face. The techniques used at Framework lift, strengthen and release tension in the facial muscles; think of it as a workout for your face. The scalp massage is incorporated and is very much part of the face, working to stimulate blood flow, providing relief from stress and promoting hair health. This treatment will leave you feeling refreshed and sculpted- you won’t want it to end! We suggest that this treatment becomes a ritual as it can produce amazing results. 
*Please note the Facelift and Restore service includes a relaxing hair massage, which may leave your hair slightly oily, so please come with unwashed hair.
