Amazing massage, literally felt stuck to the bed by the end I was so relaxed. I opted to add a head massage along with the full body massage and have been pampered from head to toe! Cannot recommend Louise more if you need some 'me' time

Microneedling is minimally invasive and uses small, sterile needles to prick the very surface of the skin (about a fingernail deep) working in a serum so as to achieve deeper penetration of the product for brighter, tighter and more ‘plumped’ appearance.  The treatment generates new collagen by utilising the body’s natural defences for smoother, firmer and more toned skin, also helps to reduce the appearance of acne, scars, dark spots, wrinkles and large pores. 

It is not painful but I use a topical numbing cream to aid comfort.

It is safe for most people; but not those with current acne infections, taking some acne medications and those with moderate/severe psoriasis or eczema.

LED Light Therapy is a treatment that uses varying wavelengths of light to treat a variety of skin conditions. It is a non invasive way to treat the skin by encourage its own natural healing process.  Different wavelengths stimulate enzyme reactions that have a different effect on the skin, and the light works to energies cells in the skin to produce collagen, improve elasticity, increase blood circulation and oxygen flow.

Its great for treating redness, acne, scarring, large pores and the appearance of thread veins.

Recommended to have a course of 10 treatments over 10 weeks, followed by once every few months for the best results.

LED Light Therapy Facial

A head massage offers a host of advantages and research has proven that a soothing massage on the head helps relieve pressure and decrease anxiety. It may also ease migraine or headaches, lower blood pressure, improve blood flow in your head and neck, and promote hair growth.  My technique also includes massaging the muscles of the face for a full relaxation experience. 

Oil or no oil can be used depending on your preference.

Chemical Peels remove damaged skin cells to improve the appearance and feel of the skin. Used to treat wrinkles, fine lines, sun damage, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, redness and melasma. Peels are exceptionally safe but essential advice must be followed. I only use light peels therefore downtime is limited to 2-3 days for most people.

You must NOT use any type of retinol or retin-A creams for at least 48 hours OR have taken Accutane for six months before treatment. Stop waxing, epilating, using hair removal products, facial scrubs and exfoliants for 1 week before.

A course of 5-6 treatments are often recommended with at least 4 weeks in between for longer lasting and the best results.

90 mins - Signature - As above with added dermaplaning AND a free product takeaway enhance results.

Chemical Peel 

Dermaplaning is used to create smoother skin by removing the very top layers of your skin and the small vellus (fuzzy) hairs by exfoliating the skin with a blade, which also helps to remove black/whiteheads. It is a low-risk procedure with little to no downtime afterwards. It is effective for people looking to make their skin appear more youthful, smooth and bright. Results typically last about 3-4 weeks. 

This treatment can be combined with any other to enhance results as right after dermaplaning your skin is able to deeply absorb further products and maintain its moisture more easily. 

This is a great treatment to have prior to a big event as make up can be applied much easier, will sit much smoother and will last longer.

Dermaplaning

Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture. It improves the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, acne scarring and other skin-related concerns and conditions. I use a special pen with an abrasive surface to gently remove the top layer of skin to reveal the younger skin underneath. It is a safe procedure for most skin types.  Please avoid sun exposure, tanning creams, and waxing for about a week before and stop using exfoliating creams and masks 3 days prior to treatment.

You can see noticeable results immediately afterwards and the number of sessions needed will depend on the severity of your skin concerns as well as expectations.

Swedish massage is the use of five basic strokes which generally begin broad and with a light pressure, building up to client tolerance. Massage therapy has proven beneficial for many chronic conditions such as lower back pain, arthritis, bursitis, fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, immunity suppression, infertility, smoking cessation, depression and more.  However many millions will attest that massage also helps relieve the stress and tension of everyday living and our busy lives.
