Being late to your appt without informing us will result in an additional $10 after the 1st 20mins of your appt time. After 20mins, your appt will be cancelled.

Service hours may vary depending on the thickness and length of client's natural hair, as well as any requested extra length. Due to this, if you are unable to sit for extended periods please refrain from booking styles that require longer hours.
