The Classical Pilates repertoire on studio apparatus — as originally designed by Joseph Pilates — with thoughtful modifications or variations where needed to support injuries or limitations.

Every body is unique. While large group classes may be more affordable, they can’t provide the precision, safety, or personalised attention that true Pilates requires. One-to-one sessions allow you to progress at your own pace with expert guidance. Sam continually refines and adapts each program to create greater balance, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

A fun and energising Pilates fitness class designed just for children! Each session focuses on age-appropriate movements that build strength, coordination, and confidence while encouraging good posture and body awareness. Through playful exercises and simple breath work, children learn how to relax, improve focus, and develop healthy habits for life. Classes include gentle aerobic activity and muscle-strengthening exercises in a safe, supportive, and positive environment.

Child age 5-18 duet or 1:1

Share a dynamic Pilates hour with a partner, friend, or family member and enjoy a motivating, cost-effective session together. Experience a modern circuit-style approach that uses various studio apparatus while honoring classic Pilates principles. Sam offers attentive guidance, adapting exercises for both participants to ensure safety, challenge, and individual progress. This session is a fun and supportive way to strengthen your body, improve posture, and enjoy Pilates as a team.

2:1 Duet Session

2 : 1 Duet Circuit Pilates

Enjoy a rejuvenating half-hour of assisted stretching combined with gentle self-mobilisation techniques. This immersive session blends principles inspired by Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet to help release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance throughout the body.

Using a variety of props — including rollers, large and small Pilates apparatus, and other supportive tools — Sam guides you through movements that lengthen tight muscles, ease joint stiffness, and enhance body awareness.

Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you move more freely, stand taller, and feel lighter. You’ll leave feeling mobilised, lengthened, and deeply relaxed — ready to move through life with greater ease and comfort.

Assisted stretching

Assisted Stretching

This 30-minute session is perfect for clients experiencing restricted mobility, stiffness, injuries, or lingering aches and pains. It’s also ideal for those carrying tension or “stuck stress” in the muscles and connective tissues.

Each session combines a blend of therapeutic techniques, including sports massage, foam roller work, and facilitated stretching. These methods help to ease tightness, improve circulation, and restore flexibility and balance throughout the body.

You’ll leave feeling relaxed, lighter, and more mobile — with noticeable improvements in your range of movement and overall comfort. Attending one to three sessions per week can provide lasting results and positively impact your daily activities.

For a deeper experience, book two consecutive sessions for a full-hour treatment. 

Sports Massage & Myofascial Release
