Just had 150 grams of rebonded k tips installed washed my hair after installation 2 days ago. Used sulfate free products and a  loop wig brush and bloy dried. My garbage pail is full to the top of hair  at least 5 came out right at the bonds. Is this normal? Every time I touch it it comes off in my hands ...

Ktips are removed from hair. Keratin is removed from tip and new keratin is applied. Ktip is installed back into the hair. 
It is not recommended to do a rebond more than twice. More than 125g will have an additional fee.

Red Light Therapy Session

Starting with a face cleanser that is formulated with plant based ingredients, including coconut, sugar and amino acids, to remove excess oil, impurities and makeup. Made with honey that is full of potent natural antioxidants to help maintain the skin’s natural moisture barrier. Next is a 10 min red light therapy session to help increase the production of collagen and reduce scars, blemishes and uneven skin tones. Last a moisturizer is applied that is made with antioxidant-rich, ultra-hydrating buckwheat honey that renews the skin’s appearance and is packed with ceramides which replenish the skin barrier.
