For those of you who aren't quite ready to start acupuncture or live too far to come and see me in person, I offer a convenient online consultation option, at £110 complete with a detailed write-up report full of personalised advice & next steps that may wish pursue further as you navigate through your pathway to pregnancy.  The online consultation may take up to 75-90 minutes.

Discovery (Phone) Call

THIS SELECTION IS FOR ALL EXISTING CLIENTS who have undergone the initial consultation within the last 18 months.  If it has been longer than 18 months, you may require another full consultation to ascertain your current health status.
Your treatment will use an integrated approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Five Element Acupuncture address signs and symptoms relating to all aspects of your life (both physical and mental health/wellbeing).

If availability is limited on the date you require, please contact Catherine directly as clinics times can be adjusted slightly where possible.

Acupuncture Treatment

Think of your usual acupuncture treatment with extra time to decompress from your day.  This treatment provides an additional 20 minutes to reach a deeper sense of relaxation.  Meditations or use of the Sensate device (meditation device using synchronised vibrations and sound) can be played during your session - please request when booking.

The length of treatment varies for children, some may only require a 30 minute appointment, where others may require longer to settle or need longer for the treatment itself.  The length of time required will be directed by Catherine.

Children's Treatment - (40mins)

THIS SELECTION IS FOR ALL EXISTING CLIENTS who have undergone the initial consultation within the last 12 months.
