Sara’s holistic healing journey began in 2007 in Thailand, where she mastered Thai massage techniques that unite acupressure, energy meridian work, and yoga-inspired stretching. Guided by her mentor, Sinchai Sukparset, she deepened her understanding of therapeutic touch through yoga and meditation. After moving to the UK in 2009, Sara earned diplomas in Holistic Swedish Massage, Anatomy and Physiology, and Level 5 Sports Massage in London. Her rich background and compassionate approach create a truly integrative healing experience that restores balance to both body and mind.
