A single session (1hr) of personal training. A session which can be tailored towards your individual fitness goals. Lasting 1 hr, this can cover weight training, cardio based movements, fat loss targeted workouts, speed training, agility training and even plyometrics. 

This may encompass some strength and conditioning coaching elements, such as olympic style lifting and athlete support through sport science wherever needed.

This Session of EMS utilises the automatic electrical pads method of administration for the core, followed by targeted EMS work on one chosen specified muscle group.

Enjoy the benefits of fat loss, muscle toning, skin tightening and improved muscle function with this state of the art piece of machinery.

Core + 1 area

Tone your core and face with this hybrid session aimed at fat loss, skin tightening and muscle toning/sculpting. This session utilises 30 minutes of electrical pads for the slimming and firming of the abdominal core muscles alongside the tightening and toning of facial features using the micro currents form of electro muscle stimulation. Benefits of the micro currents for facial administration include anti aging through skin tightening and activation of all the micro muscles within the face. The session will typically take 45 minutes of treatment plus 30 mins to include setting up and notes discussion following the treatment.

Core and Facial EMS

This form of EMS is used more commonly for the core (abdominal muscles) or full body treatments. In this session, soft pads are put on the muscles in order to administer the electrical impulses. These pads will be strapped in place and the EMS machine will administer the currents at designated time intervals. This style of EMS can be used for body sculpting, aiding fat loss, muscle toning as well as lymphatic drainage. This session lasts 30 minutes however due to set up and post treatment advice time the session is booked for 1 hour

This consultation includes a body statistics assessment as well as full body postural analysis. This is the first session to be booked by the monthly gym management membership.

Body Stats Consultation

The initial consultation will give you a chance to meet the therapist prior to booking for a session. It will go over the pre screening consultation form containing information about previous medical history, current medical status and emergency contact details. 

It will then include an assessment which will contain some of or all of the following (dependent on injury/reason for booking):

Postural analysis
Walking gait analysis
Muscle Firing pattern testing
Injury screening
Joint integrity testing
Ligament and tendon testing 
Range of motion testing
Strength testing

Consultation 

Whether you have a specific injury or are just looking for some tightness and tension relief this 30-minute session is perfect for you. 

We begin with a thorough initial injury assessment (if applicable) to identify any specific areas of concern. Following the assessment, we tailor the treatment to address your needs, utilizing a combination of techniques. We may use sports massage, dry cupping therapy or other forms of soft tissue release in order to target muscle tightness and promote relaxation, while enhancing blood flow and reduce tension in targeted areas. 

We may also incorporate different exercises and activation's to promote the recovery and function of the specific area. 

Area Specific (30min)

30 minutes

In this 90-minute treatment session, we build on the benefits of the 60-minute option, offering additional time to address your needs more comprehensively. After an initial assessment to identify specific injuries or concerns, we create a tailored approach that allows for deeper focus.

We employ a blend of techniques, including deep tissue and superficial massage, to target tension effectively. The extended duration allows us to spend more time on each specific area, ensuring thorough treatment. Dry cupping can be used to further enhance circulation and relieve muscle tightness, and exercise prescription can be utilised to promote longevity of mobility and efficient movement.

Active release techniques and various soft tissue releases will be utilized to address restrictions and improve mobility throughout the session. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just seeking a deep tension and total body relief, this session can be provide that for you.

The 'MOT' Plus

90 Minutes

In this 60-minute session, our most popular treatment option, we start with a detailed assessment to pinpoint any specific injuries or areas of concern. This allows us to customize the session to suit your individual needs.

We combine techniques such as deep tissue and superficial massage to alleviate tension and promote relaxation throughout the body. If needed, dry cupping can be used to enhance circulation and relieve tightness in targeted areas along with various other soft tissue and active releases to further enhance comfort and improve movement.

Whether you’re focusing on a specific injury or seeking a comprehensive full-body massage, this adaptable session is designed to provide significant relief and promote overall well-being.
